There was one negative to the week and that's the allergic reaction I had to being eaten alive prior to coming to Dayton. Not to delve into anything too deep here on the blog, but I will say: be diligent about checking your surroundings when you stay in a hotel. The horror stories you hear are the real deal, and its a nightmare like you couldn't imagine. My paranoia is at a level 10 currently, but in the long run, I think that's probably good for the company -- it makes me more aware of where we are staying and the conditions around us. I still feel like I constantly have things crawling on me (Peeps, I don't do bugs. Period) but hopefully that will go away in the very near future.
Flash forward to THIS piece of lovely:
Yep, next stop: Hershey, PA. I can seriously stand behind a town built around a chocolate factory (unless there is a boy named Charlie and a whole bunch of freaky kids). I'm not sure how I had missed this stop in all my years touring, but its every bit as charming as they say. We stayed in the cutest Days Inn I have ever seen, across the street from the theme park. Like Worlds of Fun, only (again) built around a chocolate factory. How could you go wrong?? Work was super busy, so I didn't get to take the tour, but here are a few fun pictures:

Oooo Hershey, you are rude. But thanks for the check in treats!

Even chocolate workers have to have a union!
The theatre in Hershey is really lovely. My office was on the fifth floor, which didn't make for many visitors. But that was actually a great way to get tons of work done.
