Driving through New York

New York City: so close yet so far. It's about 9:15pm, and we are about to flash by the city on I-90 (87?), on our way to an overnight stay in Allentown, PA. We wrapped up our weekend in Worcester with a 1pm matinee and then hit the road. Destination: Dayton, OH. We'll get in about 5 hours of travel time (more because of the intense about of traffic), so that tomorrow's travel isn't so crazy.

Dinner tonight was at a mall in West Hartford, CT. I had Red Robin, with fond thought of my curly headed stage husband whom I miss dearly. The French fries were not nearly as good ;)

In other news, I joined the iPad family. It's currently not playing nice with me and staying connected to Wi-Fi, so I'm either doing something wrong or I need to call Apple tomorrow. But I can't wait to have it for these long bus days.

I need to pay attention to traveling and stop this bus for a rest stop. More later!
